What exactly makes you think this is occurring? We think what you are seeing is the Market Depth data being loaded from that time. If you are getting a White Box with Black Text that states "Loading" and shows the date, then this is the normal loading of either the intraday data and/or the Market Depth data. It can take some time to load the Market Depth data in particular.
