I have isolated and identified the problem which should be easy to duplicate on any PC. 1. This freezing of Sierra Chart is only occurring with the ES symbol. 2. It is only occurring when connected to the Interactive Brokers [trading] datafeed. It does not occur when connected to the SC data - All Services [data] datafeed. 3. I have attached a chartbook with a single chart for symbol ES. Look at the price changes on the ladder. Notice how the prices freeze every few seconds. When this occurs Sierra Chart is also freezing.
