The only option for coloring zeroes is to use the "Highlight Minimum Value In" option and if you want the minimum of the Bids and Asks, then be sure to set the Input for "Highlight Maximum/Minimum Value Based On" to "Bid Volume or Ask Volume" and then make sure the Input for "Ignore 0 Values for Minimum Highlight" is set to "No".
