Check to see if there are any symbols that are being referenced that either are not correctly formatted for Rithmic, or are not Futures symbols that Rithmic would not know about. Refer to the information at the following link that gives the information for where to look for symbols in use in the system that you do not want: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Cleaning Up Old and Unused Symbols for Efficiency Another possibility is that you are using a Continuous Futures Contract in your charts. Rithmic does not have data for prior contracts, so if there is missing data, this could cause an issue. You would want to change all your charts to have the options for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Futures Contract" set to "None".
