It is very hard for us to tell if the line is thicker than the others. keep in mind that the way the colors are can influence the way these things appear. Make sure the Subgraph for "Point of Control (SG2)" is set to a Width of "1". If this is set to 1, then the extension line should have a width of 1. If you change it to 2, and select Apply, can you see a change occur?
