Open a chart in the main instance for MES, to ensure that you have the data in that main instance. If this is a Continuous Futures in the Sub-Instance, then make sure you have the same setup in the main instance. Then in the sub-instance have a chart for the MES active and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". If this is a Continuous Contract and you are only missing data for the current contract then you only need to select the current contract in the list that comes up.
