I paid for Denali data feed for a month on April 24th 2024. On April 30th I received an email saying "Denali Data Feed Exchange(s) have been canceled on your account due to Insufficient account balance for renewal." If I just paid for a whole month less than a week ago then why do I need to pay again? |
