Hi, I believe I have changed from package 11 to package 5, and from Denali to 10-min delayed data. However I am not seeing any new ticks for symbol MESM24-CME I tried looking through the Docs but I'm confused. I wish it was clearer what to do when signing up for a new service. Perhaps an email could go out keeping the instructions simple, or a popup in the software. Please advise, thanks |
