We are not able to reproduce what you are seeing. The only thing we can think of that would be related to this is that when you save a chartbook the chart will be saved such that when you open it again, it will open to the same position. So if the chart was scrolled all the way to the left and the Chartbook saved, when you open that chartbook and go to that chart, it will be scrolled all the way to left still.
