There has to be something setup that is asking for that data. All of the possible places are referenced in that section we linked you to. We are not certain of how you started a new chart - make sure it is a completely new Chartbook. Close any other chartbooks, clear your Message Log (Edit >> Clear Log) and then select File >> Find Symbol to open a single chart for a symbol (it does not matter which one). Let us know if you are still getting notices about updates for other symbols.
