You are not missing anything. The Delayed Streaming data acts like the real-time data except for the fact that it is delayed by 10-15 minutes (depending on exchange). Every tick is available with the delayed streaming data, although what you get and see will depend on your setting for the "Intraday Data Storage Time Unit".
