You do not have access to the DAX as you had not activated the trial for your account. We have gone ahead and activated the trial for your account. So you now have access to all the delayed streaming data we have available. Everything you need is now available to you. After the trial, if you are wanting real-time data (and/or want to connect to a trading service) then you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages. And since you want Numbers Bars (footprint) and TPO, you would need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages. The lowest cost option is the "Integrated Advanced" package for $46.00 per month.
