Hello, I am hoping that you could assist me. Given Rithmic's poor performance with data, I would like to continue to use Denali data, yet use my Rithmic account through APEX. I have gone through the set-up process a few times and continue to get a Service Connection Error. I've attached a screen shot of the error as well as the Data/Trade Service Settings snap shot so that you can see how I entered the information. I left Market Data username and password black as well as historical data username and password blank because I would like to use Denali data. I've going through the self help process, but unable to find a solution. I know Rithmic is a pain in a_ _, excuse the language, but I'm forced to use it at the moment. Many thanks, Brian |
