Some quick testing... I agree... with or without "Use Single Network Receive Buffer for Linux Compatibility" on Linux/Wine does not make a big difference. For a 10 day download on Linux/Wine on the same computer, with Yes and then No set, it took 1:24 and 1:26 minutes respectively.
