Hi John, Thanks for your quick response. Still doesn't work. I checked the Common Other Settings first and the number of stored time and sales records is set at 4000. I also looked at the Input Filtering and Combined Filtering and both are empty. The only columns I'm using are time, price and volume. The symbol of my chart is NQM4.CME.
