From what you are stating it sounds like you are not giving the system enough time to download the data. Keep in mind that for each service the symbols are different, therefore the data has to be downloaded for each symbol. And, since you are using a Continuous Futures Contract, the amount of data you are trying to download could be large.

Start with a single chart when you are connected to your APEX account and see if you can get the data properly. If so, then it really sounds like you just need to give the download enough time, and it could take awhile depending on how much data you are requesting.
