If you are trying to download a lot of data, then it can take some time and you have to be patient and wait. The best way to troubleshoot is to open a single chart and get just a day or two of data. Make sure that opens properly. Then add more time and make sure you get that data. Then try getting the full amount of data that you are wanting for that symbol and see how long it takes. From there, you should have an idea of how long it will take to get the data for a symbol, so if you are wanting multiple symbol's data, then it will take longer.
