You would send them a "Direct Message" request. Next to their Support Name is a link for [Direct Messages]. Select this to setup a direct connection with them. You should also post and let them know you are sending them the request. You can also setup the "Chat" service to connect. One of you would have to make your Chat "Username" searchable so the other could find them. This is in the "Commands >> Settings" section of the Chat.
