I'm seeing exactly this as well today. Everything was fine last week, and today I'm seeing all stocks and ETFs coming through as delayed data in SC, while they are streaming in real time in IB Trader Workstation. Only futures are streaming in real time. I came here to see what was up, and I see this post so something is clearly not working.
