Hi there

I have activated service package 11 and paid for the coming month. I have completed the relevant exchange agreements, including CME priced at 5.5 per month. I have followed the steps on the Sierra application, including checking the SC Data Services - all services is selected. I also made sure to "update from server" and Translate Symbols to current service. However, the data is still delayed. I have also connected my live IBKR account. Can you please let me know what I'm missing? thank you
