Are you saving a Chartbook that has a chart on it that you are always opening? Or are you opening a new chart each time? Are you changing the symbol for the chart along the way for any reason? As when you change the symbol, it is going to use the settings in the Symbol Settings for these items. Another possibility is that you have the "Session Times" linked to another chart, although this would be surprising given what you state.
