Apparently that version will stop market depth updates when switching away from a Chartbook that uses market depth and no other charts in the current Chartbook require depth for the symbol. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. We did state this previously: Make sure you are on the current version of Sierra Chart.
And also update Sierra Chart to the current version as well. We have no doubt that when you update, this problem will be resolved.
