Are those the actual symbols you entered ("US500", "US100" and "WTI")? If so, then those are not the correct symbols. What are the exact instruments for which you are wanting the information? Are you wanting CFDs or Futures? Also, what is your setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
