You need to tell your broker to allow Sierra Chart to access that data. Refer to the following: CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges Then just make sure you are entering the symbol in File >> Find Symbol using the proper CQG symbol and format.
