This is a Graphics Setting, as noted by the particular documentation for this item. How you access this depends on whether you are using Global Graphics settings or Chart Specific Graphics settings. For Global Graphics, you select "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings" and then find the entry for "Chart Values: Price and Time Boxes Text Color". For Chart Graphics, select "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart" and find the entry for "Chart Values: Price and Time Boxes Text Color".
