The Tick size for a chart is set in the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Tick Size". You can change it there. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu) It looks like the data feed from Binance does not include the information for the Tick Size, so the option for "Auto-Set from Data Feed" will not have an impact on this, which is also why it is not changing to what Binance has for it.
