Hi John--thank you for testing it. Did you do your test for longer than the first 5 minutes of each 30-minute period, such as as between 17:35 and 17:50? I can see even tiny incremental moves within the first 5 minutes of each 30-minute period and then it completely stops moving after the first 5-minute period until the start of the next 30-minute period.
