There is not a specific way to color based on a particular volume. The best option is to use the "Color Background Based on Value Percentage" options and set the "Percent Compare Thresholds" to values like ".25, .5, .99" and then set the colors in a way that the highest values (those that are within 1% of the maximum) will stand out - such as setting all but the Range 4 colors to be the same as the background of your chart.
