We have had various reports of some users not being able to open the chat window. We did identify one problem related to resetting of the chat window placement and that is resolved. Update to version 2616: Software Download: Fast Update Open the chat window again (File >> Open Chat Window). If it is not visible, then use the command Window >> Reset Windows. You should then see the chat window. If not, then select File >> Open Chat Window again. Let us know if you see any further issue.
