If we are understanding what you want correctly, set the Percent Compare Thresholds to the following: .01, x, .99 Where x is some value that you choose in between. This will make it so any value within 1% of the minimum will be colored the Range 0 color and any value within 1% of the Maximum will be colored the Range 4 color.
