Most likely this would be caused by the scroll wheel on your pointing device changing the position. Select Global Settings >> General Settings >> General 2. At the lower left set the scroll wheel support to No Scroll Wheel Support. Or it could be caused by the Chart Values tool. Uncheck Tools >> Synchronize Charts.
