1. To be absolutely truthful - I have never been able to figure out the difference myself. Here is one item I have found that gives a conflicting bunch of answers:

2. The lines would only continue to show if the orders are still active. If the orders were closed out, then the lines will be removed.

3. The best option is to see if your broker has an option for this. If you are using the Teton Order Routing service, then this should be available (not all of the brokers offer it yet, but they are starting to).

4. Sorry, we are not understanding the question. The old TT-based order routing service that we had is no longer offered. They both worked essentially the same way, but with the TT one we used TT to actually submit the orders to the CME Group, whereas with our Teton service, we do this ourselves.
