This is correct. If you are using specific client side orders such as "Market if Touched" then if your Sierra Chart is not running, for whatever reason, then that order is not available to the market and it will not be executed. Worse yet, if you later turn on your system, it's possible that these orders could become active when you start Sierra Chart, which could result in a position being opened (or closed) due to these orders going into effect at that time. Plain and simple, unless you have a specific reason for using them, we do not recommend using client side orders.
