We can only refund Usage Time that is in whole month (31 day) increments. Right now, you only have 17 days of Usage Time remaining, therefore we can not give you a refund. Also, CQG is supported for trading, you just can not use their data for The CME Group and EUREX, therefore you would need to get that data from us.
