Hello, I need help with connecting my account to Denali Exchange feed. I have service package 11. I am trying to use sierra with r trader pro. I have already went to through connection set up but i dont see the [M] symbol to say i am connected to denali. i have already updated my symbols, disconnected, reconnected but still dont see the [M]. what do i do please advise on what to do and how to connect so my sierra chart can work. I understand i need to use denali for R trader to work properly and have read endless instructions but for some reason it seems like its not connecting to denali exchange feed. |
