Hey I have a weird problem. I use rithmic Direct DTC data and been using for some time now. When I try to use any real time data charts the "Waiting to download historical data" "Downloading historical data" "Historical data download complete" are stuck on constant loop and won't stop. What should I do? I've tried interactive brokers data for few days before and this problem occured after me getting back to rithmic. Before the reconnect function helped but now it doesn't. |
