I'm aware that it works on your end, I'm not doubting that. I am doubting if there may be some configuration issue or corruption with the software on my end. Is there a diagnostic I can do or a line I can call? I have been using the software for over a year. I know that the trade orders and trade positions windows should open automatically if they were open when the application was closed. I do believe this is a specific issue, not a general, software-wide one. |
