hello Long time sierra user. Forced to use Rithmic data for now w/prop feed. Question - Every single open now, first 30mins or so, rithmic on sierra completely freezes/pauses and is unusable during the cash session open. Also gets stuck "downloading" this can get stuck for up to 10+mins during the open. Ive contacted Rithmic many times, they say nothing on their end. Is there anything I should look at inside Sierra settings in the data field, or is this a typical Rithmic issue translating into sierra that they are not able to address? After the open its usually fine, but this happens literally every morning now. Thanks In Advance |
