Dear Sierra Chart support team, I am not a professional, could you please help understand if my chart is live or is it on simulation mode ? If it is on simulation, how can I change it to live ? Additionally, when I use the Crosshair, at the bottom of the chart there is totally black frame and I cannot see the corresponding time.
