You do not need market depth data. And you only need data for the CME exchange. Just choose the cheapest option which is the third one you list above (CME non-professional top-of-book). You do need a funded live trading account to take advantage of the nonprofessional CME exchange fees. Therefore, you would need to be on Package 11, activate the exchange we recommend above, and connect to your live, funded, futures trading account - in order to get the real-time data for the CME Exchange and to be able to sim trade with it. But, another alternative is to use our Delayed Streaming Data and sim trade with this. This data acts like real-time data, but is delayed by 10 minutes, and it is free of cost. For this, you would be on package 5 and that is all. The rest is included with the package.
