Try the "Study Subgraphs Subtract/Difference" Study. Add a Short Name for your study. Select Input Values for Input Study 1 and 2. Under the Subgraphs, change "Draw Style" to Bar, change "Width/Size" to 5, change Auto-Coloring to "Based on Slope" or "Based on +/-".
