You do not need to get the data from Rithmic. This should be working fine.

The first thing to check is whether you updated your symbols to be what Rithmic needs? Keep in mind all services use different symbols for futures, so when you change services you need to update your chart's symbols. When you select OK on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" window, you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes". If you forget, or open a different chartbook later, you can force the symbols to update by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Second, check to ensure that the option for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes". If, for some reason, it is not, then change it to "Yes", select OK to close that window and select "File >> Reconnect".
