You do not NEED real-time data if you are not doing any trading at the moment. If you are just learning Sierra Chart, or are working on your trading skills, then you can use our Delayed Streaming Data and either Simulation Mode or our Simulated Futures Trading Service. If you are trading, then you would need real-time data, either from us or from your trading service. Please let us know exactly what you want to do and, if necessary, what trading service you are using. We can then point you to the proper instructions.
