The "Study Subgraph Reference" reference has sporadic behavior when the "Scale Range: Constant" is set to the Y-Axis of the chart. It works as expected in the "Scale Range: Automatic". Using Automatic is not a workaround due to the need for a Constant Range in order for the visual reference to be constant across time.
