The CME tends to combine the shortened session with a full session. Have a look at the schedules: https://www.cmegroup.com/trading-hours.html#tradeDate=2024-02-19&foi=F&pageNumber=1 The hours for the Sunday open are prefaced by "Trade Date: Tues 20 Feb" not "Mon 19 Feb."
