Thank you. I figured out that the basic plan has only the usage, with no data and no bar numbers. I upgraded to Integrated Advanced 11. I hope now is fine. Unfortunately, I don't find the platform user-friendly and easy to navigate. Now I have a new little issue with the chart. I truly would appreciate another piece of advice. I bought a chartbook template for EURUSD Bid-Ask footprint, but when Uploaded it shows only a basic candlestick chart. Do I have to activate the template somehow, or do I miss something? I would love to attach the .cht file for comparison, but the message box here doesn't allow me to upload the file, I don't know why. Thank you for your precious time. Regards |
