                Do you have this problem in Simulation Mode? If so, then try to move a target and if it does not move, then look in your "Windows >> Message Log" and see if there is any information in there about what may be occurring. Also, is the Parent order filled already or is this a situation where the the working orders are still pending waiting on the parent to fill?
