I am trade coping and while in a trade I can place a limit or market order on the DOM and it will not trigger to either close the trade or add a trade. I can also hit flatten and it still does not close the position. Then 5 to 15 seconds later it will trigger and then process all the orders I have hit during this time. I am not sure if this is a software issue and cache needs to be cleared or Rythmic is having issues. Can you help, tks |
