We are not seeing any issues with modifying the Attached Orders on a chart. How exactly are you trying to move the Target and is this on a Chart or a Trading DOM? Also, look in your "Trade Service Log" after you try to move the target and it does not move and see if there is anything in that log that shows that there was a rejection for your change.
