There is one big problem we see from your log. You have the setting for "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "No".

You need to change this to "Yes" and then select OK to close that window, then select "File >> Reconnect". After that, let us know how things are going.

We will say though, we are surprised you were getting data at all, you should not have been.
